One of our Ripples Performance Coaches will either look after one individual, a team or a selection of your staff.
You will give us a brief about what is expected from the role of the person being coached, our Coach will observe them in action then give feedback on how they can improve their performance. Regular observations and feedback will help imbed the new approach and create a new habit for positive change.
