Do you find that there are not enough hours in a day?
If you had a 30 hour day would that actually be any different?
Sometimes we try to achieve unrealistic levels of work within the day. There are often other factors which cause us to lose time. These are referred to as 'time stealers'. Examples of 'time stealers' are when others make demands on your time, maybe the boss asks you take on an extra project, or a colleague rings in sick so you have to try to manage their work load and your own, maybe the phone keeps ringing or others just come along for a chat!
If you struggle to manage your time then you can feel under pressure and stressed. This can make you short tempered and anxious.
